Alexa Bliss has begun a new life off the WWE ring as the wrestling superstar and her husband Ryan Cabrera have recently welcomed their first child into the world. The couple broke the special news on Instagram by dropping a video of the newborn. Bliss kept herself away from professional wrestling since January this year when she first announced her pregnancy. The wait was finally over on November 27, according to the caption of the Instagram post. The parents, however, did not disclose the face of their daughter. Cabrera appeared in the announcement video as a cool “girl dad,” with Jimi Hendrix’s Foxy Lady playing in the background.
The American musician put on a funky white cap and imitated a swag-infused entry into the baby’s room while carrying his daughter in a basket. The name of the child was also revealed in a unique way. In one frame, Cabrera was seen holding the baby on his lap when someone was heard announcing her name and weight as if a professional wrestler arrived at the ringside.

“Weighing in at 6 pounds 9 ounces, she is 21 inches of fury, Hendrix Rouge Cabrera,” the anonymous voice said. The caption of the Instagram post read, “Breaking Hearts since 11.27.23.”
After the video surfaced on the internet, a number of fans came forward to congratulate Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera. Several prominent faces from the wrestling fraternity also marked their reactions in the comment section.
Canadian WWE star Taya Valkyrie dropped a congratulatory message, accompanied by some red heart emojis. “Welcome to the world, Hendrix. A lot of people love you already,” a user commented. Showing a big thumbs-up to the announcement video, a fan wrote, “How you still found the energy for such an awesome post after probably no sleep for days. You always amaze me.”
Alexa Bliss married Ryan Cabrera in April last year. When the WWE star announced her pregnancy, she was on a break from wrestling to feature in The Masked Singer, an American singing reality show. The couple confirmed earlier in July that they were expecting the birth of a girl child in December.
Bliss last competed in professional wrestling at the WWE Royal Rumble earlier in January. She was up against WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair in a title match. Despite putting up a challenging fight, Bliss failed to get her hands on the Women’s Championship. Following the defeat, the 32-year-old had to digest mockery from Uncle Howdy aka Bo Dallas.
