Islamabad United were crowned the Pakistan Super League (PSL) champions on Sunday after they defeated Muhammad Rizwan’s Multan Sultans by 2 wickets in Karachi. Former Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim was adjudged the Player of the Match following his 5-wicket haul in the first innings followed by a 19-run cameo in the chase of 160. But apart from his match-winning performance, his video of smoking in the Islamabad dressing room has caught the fans’ attention.
A video has surfaced on social media in which Wasim could be seen smoking a cigarette inside the dressing room. The video appeared on the TV screens after he had completed his spell, returning 5 for 23 in four overs.

It wasn’t the first time that Wasim was caught smoking. There are several videos on the internet which have captured the former Pakistan cricketer smoking.

Islamabad United win a thriller
Islamabad snatched a last-ball thriller to win their third PSL title. Young Hunain Shah pushed the final delivery of the last over for a boundary towards backward point as United overhauled a modest 160-run target at the National Stadium.
United needed eight runs off the 20th over bowled by Mohammad Ali and Hunain’s elder brother Naseem Shah hit a boundary off the second delivery but with a single needed off the last two deliveries he fell caught behind.
However, Hunain kept his cool to give the Sultans defeat in their third successive finals.
Earlier, the Sultans managed 159-9 in their 20 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat. They were guided by a 40-ball 57 by Usman Khan and 26 by skipper Mohammad Rizwan. Khan hit seven boundaries and a six but once he fell in the 16th over, Sultans lost five wickets for just 13 runs, slumping to 127-9.
United, Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators qualified for the play-offs while Karachi Kings and defending champions Lahore Qalandars were knocked out in the first round of the ninth edition of the League.
