The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has recently announced the probable dates for the third phase of teacher recruitment. If you couldn’t attend or clear the last two phases of the teacher recruitment examination, apply for the third phase. The authorities have released the date of the examination and results as well.
As per the notification, the third phase of the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) will be held on August 24, 2024. It further states that the results will be declared on September 24, 2024. As per the Department of Education, the remaining vacancies from the last two phases will be added to the third phase, which might bring the number to 50,000.
The BPSC will also conduct an examination for the appointment of more than 40,000 head teachers. However, there has been no official notification regarding the date.
Previously, the second phase of Bihar teacher recruitment was done on a total of 1,20,00,00 posts. On January 13, 2024 candidates will be handed over their appointment letters. Meanwhile, the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) conducted by BPSC will be held on September 30, 2024. The result will be declared on November 3, 2024. The mains examination will be held from January 3 to January 7, 2024, in a single shift and on January 20 and 21, the examination will be held in two shifts. The result will be declared on July 31, 2024. The interviews will be held between August 17 to 28, 2024 and the final result will be declared on August 31, 2024.
The BPSC released the examination calendar 2024 on their official website. It announced various details about recruitment and eligibility including the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE), BPSC 69th Main Examination, Assistant Engineer, Lecturer, Assistant Auditor, Assistant Professor, Drug Inspector, and 32nd Judicial Services. Candidates must constantly keep an eye on the official websites for further notification and save the calendar for future reference.
