Abdul Qadir Ansari, a native of Pakki Sarai of Muzaffarpur has become the district topper in the Bihar School Examination Board, BSEB intermediate exam 2024 in the arts stream. He has secured 452 marks. Abdul now dreams of cracking the UPSC civil service exam and becoming an IAS officer and has already started his preparation process. He considers Vikas Divyakirti as his idol.
A student of Aveda High School in the district, his father Mohd Qaum Ansari works as a tailor but he has never let financial issues come in between the education of Abdul and his two sisters. Abdul told Local 18 Bihar that his teachers and parents have a big contribution to his success in this examination.
He said that he did a lot of self-study during his preparation and took both online and offline classes. If Qadir is to be believed, he had divided the preparation into three parts — he started his preparations by only reading books followed by answer writing, and then a combination of both in the end due to which his results were good, he said.
The whole family is happy with the success of Abdul Qadir. His father said that he has been a keen reader since childhood. He had worked hard for the intermediate exams and the result is that today he has passed with good marks. “We are proud of our child. We will keep him motivated so that he can do better in his further studies,” he added. Qadir’s sister said that she had expected to get higher marks than this but she is very happy for her brother.
Meanwhile, students who are not satisfied with their Bihar board 12th result and want to get their copies rechecked or appear for the compartment exams can apply between March 28 and April 4. Students who failed to obtain a minimum score of 33 per cent are eligible to take the compartment exam.
