Chattisgarh NEET UG 2024 Counselling Schedule Released; Registration Begins Tomorrow

The Chhattisgarh’s Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has released the schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2024. Students eligible for MBBS and BDS programmes can go on the official website, cgdme.in and register themselves for counselling from tomorrow, August 18 to August 24. The option filling and locking process will be accessible from August 18 through August 25. The date of the merit list’s publishing for the first round of counselling is August 27.

According to the official notice, the seat allocation process will take place on August 28 and 29, and the results will be announced on August 30, 2024. Between August 31 and September 5, 2024, candidates must report to the institutes to which they have been assigned for document verification and admission.

Step 1: Go to the Directorate of Medical Education, Raipur’s official website.

Step 2: Locate and choose the link with the name “Round 1 Chhattisgarh NEET Undergraduate Counselling Process.”

Step 3: Click on the link to open the registration form.

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page, fill in the necessary information including your personal details.

Step 4: Review the filled-out form, make the application fee payment, and submit it.

Step 5: Keep a copy of the form for later use.

Chattisgarh NEET Counselling 2024: Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee based on the category must be paid by candidates applying to the Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024. Candidates from the OBC and General (UR) Category need to pay Rs 1,000. Categories for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) should pay Rs 500. While candidates from the non-resident Indians (NRIs)quota need to pay a fee of Rs 10,000. As stated in the table on page 2 of the announcement, candidates must also submit a registration fee (security deposit).
