Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), in an official notification, has announced a total of 6552 vacancies for the post of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer. As per the official notification, as many as 6552 vacancies will be filled out of which 6306 vacancies are for Upper Division Clerk/Upper Division Clerk Cashier, and 246 are for Stenographer posts. The corporation will be releasing a detailed notification of ESIC Recruitment 2021 in the month of March/April on its official site – www.esic.in. As soon as the notification is uploaded on the site, the application process will begin.

ESIC Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for the post of Stenographer, candidates must have passed the Class 12 board exam or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- To apply for the post of Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier, candidates must possess a degree from a recognised University or its equivalent. Candidates must also have a working knowledge of computer including the use of MS Office suites and databases.
- While filling the online application form, candidates will be required to upload scanned images of all the certificates, degrees, and educational documents.
ESIC Recruitment 2021: Age Limit
Candidates applying for Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier or Stenographer posts must be 18 to 27 years old. The authorities will provide the relaxation in the age limit for reserved category candidates, as per the government norms.
ESIC Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation will shortlist candidates for Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier posts on the basis of a written examination/seniority cum fitness/ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination. On the other hand, for the Stenographer posts, candidates will be selected via a direct recruitment process.
