UGC NET 2024 Admit Card Released For Exams Till Sept 3; Steps to Download

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the hall tickets for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for all respective examinations that are scheduled till September 3 this year. Students who are going to appear for the exams from August 29, 2024, to September 3, 2024, can now check and download their admit cards from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. To access the hall tickets, candidates will have to enter their application number, date of birth (DoB), and security pin on the login window.

“Please check your photo, signature, and barcode on your admit card. If either the photo, signature, or barcode is missing, kindly re-download it,” a notice on the main site reads. Meanwhile, the admit card for other dates will be released later, the NTA has informed.

The exam conducting body has recommended candidates to carefully read the guidelines on the admit cards. On the day of the exam, all appearing candidates are advised to bring a printed copy of the hall ticket (all pages) as well as a valid photo ID in original form. It is important to note that the hall ticket will include a list of acceptable photo IDs.

UGC NET 2024 Admit Card: Steps To Download

Step 1: Go to the official website of NTA atugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the UGC NET 2024 admit card link.

Step 3: As a new window opens, key in your application number, date of birth, and the security pin on the screen. Then click on submit.

Step 4: The UGC NET 2024 admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check all the details mentioned on it and download it.

UGC NET 2024: Things To Keep In Mind

Candidates who are going to appear for the UGC NET 2024 exam must bring a few basic items to the exam centre. These contain the UGC NET admit card, a self-declaration form, one ballpoint pen, a recent extra passport-sized photograph, and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence, PAN card, passport, or Aadhaar card with a photograph.
