Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Initiates Registration For PCS Exam 2024

For aspirants eager to participate in the Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination 2024, the registration process commenced on January 1, 2024. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) announced the recruitment for 220 posts, including openings for Jailor and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). The application window will remain open until February 2, 2024. The selection process for various administrative positions involves three stages of examination. Currently, there are 220 vacancies for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination 2024.

Important dates candidates should note include the closing date for online examination fee payment on January 29, 2024, the last date for online application submission on February 2, 2024, and the last date for correction/modification in the submitted application on February 9, 2024.

Eligibility criteria specify that candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University by the last date of application receipt. Candidates should be aged between 21 and 40 as of July 1, 2024. The examination will be conducted offline and can be taken in either English or Hindi. The selection process includes three rounds: Prelims, Mains, and an Interview.

The application fee is Rs 125 for Unreserved Category, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs). The fee for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen categories is Rs 65. People with Disability (PwD) applicants are required to pay Rs 25. The payment of fees is through online mode.

Click on the recruitment link and then select Apply Online. A new window will open on the screen.

Choose the UPPSC PCS 2024 exam and click on Apply.

Complete the registration process by providing accurate and relevant details.

Proceed to pay the fees and upload all the required documents as asked in the application form.

Click on submit to complete the process and take a printout for future reference.
