Mix Baileys, sugar, and coffee together for your base drink. Grab a tall glass and pour in 2 to 3 US tbsp (30 to 44 mL) of Baileys, 1 tbsp (12.5 g) of brown sugar, and 1 c (240 mL) of coffee. Stir all the ingredients together, leaving ample space on the top for your spiked whipped cream.

Finish your drink with whipped cream. Top your drink with a liberal amount of the Baileys whipped cream you prepared earlier. Alternative: Don’t feel like making special whipped cream? Just make a simple spiked coffee by combining 4 fl oz (120 mL) of hot coffee with 2 fl oz (59 mL) of Baileys.
