The court has also asked the ED director to appear before it on March 12.
Mumbai: The Bombay High Court has criticised the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for inaction in the investigation into the Adarsh Housing Society scam.
This came even as the CBI told the court on Tuesday that many of the flats in the society were benami.
The CBI will file a detailed affidavit on the ownership of the flats on March 12.
But the court said that the Enforcement Directorate Director should also be present during that hearing.
There are 103 flats in Adarsh housing society. Several top politicians, defence officials and bureaucrats have been accused of involvement in the scam.
