AI Express timings revised

NEDUMBASSERY: Complying with the guidelines of Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) Air India Express has revised its schedule, effective from February 15.In accordance to the new CAR guidelines which emphasizes on safety and also addresses fatigue of pilots Air India Express has decided to make certain changes in its flight schedules.Majority of the flight timings will be changed to day time to avoid the Window of Circadian Low (WOCL) phase.The sectors would remain connected with certain flights and only in minuscule cases will be the flights cancelled.In case of a cancelled flight, the passengers who were to travel will be informed by our reservation staff and alternative arrangements will be made available.The change in schedule would come into force from February 15.Since the requirements of pilots have gone up substantially, the airline has already initiated a recruitment drive
