Odisha Events in association with Real Vision International Limited organised the second Odisha Film Fair Awards-2011 recently at Utkal Mandap. On the occasion, veteran actress Bhanumati Devi and the chief editor of Banicitra Parikhita Jena were conferred Lifetime  achievement award comprising cash prize of  Rs  5000 each and the OFFA Trophy. Eminent producer Amiya Ranjan Pattnaik and Kumar Haldar gave away these awards. Twenty-six personalities were awarded under various categories. Eminent personalities from all walks of life attended the event and gave away the awards. They included Hara Pattnaik, Debu Bose, Papu pampam, Premanjan Parida, RK Das, Nayan Bal, Chetan Bhuiyan, Indira Pattnaik, Himanshu Khatua, Iti Samant, Subrat Das , Laxmi Narayan Agarwal and Aditya Boul to name a few.For the first time, Odisha Events introduced a special award for the best film hall of Odisha to encourage the cinema hall owners and three special awards for cine journalists (best journalist for electronics, print and photography). The artists of Real Vision Pariwar performed a play based on the development of art and culture of Odisha directed by Nalinikanta Biswal. On one hand, students of Guru Gangadhar Pradhan foundation performed classical dance Nrutya Tandab directed by Guru Sachikanta Pradhan and on the other, rock dance was presented by students of Rangeela Group. Album stars Eazy, Little, Satya, Priya and Bidusmita also performed. More than six thousand people attended the event that was graced by  veteran actor Sarat Chandra Pujhari, who inaugurated the programme.
