BHUBANESWAR: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has admitted that some tourism projects in Gajapati district of Odisha have been erroneously included in the website of the AP Tourism Development Corporation Limited and said that immediate steps taken to correct these.In a letter to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Reddy referred to a letter written by the former on November 10 pointing out the mistakes. “The contents of the communication have been verified and it is regrettably noticed that the tourism projects in Mahendragiri hills in Gajapati district have been erroneously included in the website of AP Tourism Development Corporation,” Reddy said. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister said that necessary instructions had been issued to APTDC for immediate correction of the above mistakes and accordingly the same was corrected by deleting the names. Naveen had sought intervention of his Andhra Pradesh counterpart for correcting a ‘mistake’ in the website of the southern state’s tourism development corporation.  Affirming that Mahendragiri Hills are very much a part of Gajapati district in Odisha, Naveen said the state has taken up several eco-tourism projects in those areas.
