BHUBANESWAR: The State Government has appointed Nayagarh Collector Aravinda Agarwal as Puri Collector. Boudh Collector PK Pradhan will take over as Nayagarh Collector. Director of Homeopathy Mahendra Mallik has been appointed Boudh Collector. The State Government has sought the permission of the Election Commission of India for the three appointments.
