BHUBANESWAR: Campaigning for second-phase panchayat polls, scheduled for February 13, concluded on Saturday. About 5.65 lakh voters will exercise their franchise in the second phase to be held in 20,481 booths across the 30 districts of the State.Meanwhile, the Congress has decided to intensify its campaign in areas which will go to polls in the next phase. Former Union minister and Congress Odisha in-charge Jagdish Tytler, OPCC president Niranjan Patnaik and AICC secretary in-charge of Odisha Mirza Irshad Baig will address several meetings in Jajpur, Cuttack and Nayagarh districts.
