The rest of the accused were involved in abetting the crime and the conspiracy to murder.P Jayarajan and T V Rajesh were charged under Section 118 of the IPC for not trying to prevent the murder even after getting information on the conspiracy.Four of those involved in the case are absconding and efforts are being made to nab them, stated the police.According to the chargesheet, the accused reached the house of one Muhammed Kunhi at Keezhara at around 2.30 pm on February 20 and hatched a conspiracy to murder Abdul Shukkoor and four other Muslim League workers who had sought refuge in the house.The League workers had reached the house fleeing from a violent mob of CPM workers.
