New Delhi: CNN-IBN corespondent Runjhun Sharma has been honoured with the Laadli Media and Advertising award for gender sensitivity 2013-14. She has been awarded for her report on fight for justice for the rape and murder of a young college girl in Jind, Haryana.
The report was part of the 'Citizen Journalist' agenda for Change campaign on CNN-IBN.
The ceremony took place on Saturday night in Raipur. The Laadli award highlights work done towards creating awareness for women empowerment.
