New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) brought two boys arrested in Kishtwar for allegedly sending the terror e-mail claiming that Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) was behind the Delhi High Court blast on transit remand on Wednesday.
The two boys who are in NIA detention, have been brought to Delhi by the NIA team led by DIG Mukesh Singh, for further questioning.
The due was taken on a transit remand after which they would be produced before a magistrate in Delhi during which NIA would seek the court's permission for carrying out scientific tests on them and questioning them.
The probe had hit a road block when one of the suspect retracted his earlier statement in which he had admitted to his role in the terror attack.
The suspect has withdrawn his earlier "detailed statement" about his role in the blast, sources said, adding police was facing difficulty in corroborating his earlier statement as there were many loopholes.
The explosion outside Gate No 5 of Delhi High Court on September 7 killed 15 and left over 70 people injured.
