A. It's upto the judiciary to decide which case can be fast tracked. 2G certainly passes that criterion.
Q. May I know who is behind leak of tapes CBI internal, Swamy or persons behind Radia taping? Taping seems to be recurring in this case:) Asked by: Pawan
A. CBI itself has said that they got a tape from an anonymous source.

A. It's happened in the past too and that's a worrying sign.

A. Sign of the times I guess. This is what happens when ineqaulity grows within a society.
Q. Obviously, somebody with the right amount of power is involved in the 2G scam. People are trying their best to derail the probe. I hope this is just the tip of the ice berg. Media should unearth the scam totally and ensure that no telecom operator survives in this country as it is evident that each and every MNC in this country is involved in the scam. Q. Earlier the Radia tapes went missing and it was only due to the copy of the investigating officer that did not absolve the case. Now we have a colluding prosecutor? Will the scam ever see a final verdict? Asked by: EMathew
A. I think despite all that's happened, 2G case will see a verdict.
Q. Is there any reason to believe that the govt would exonerate Raja and others in the 2G scandal? DMK had always maintained let the courts decide. Can this be the reason for their belief in court? Asked by: EMathew
A. One thing I must say, judge hearing the arguments in 2G case, is beyond influence. He is a very strong judge. So rest assured, something will come up.
Q. Good lawyers knows the law, the great lawyers know the judges and law makers. Why our justice delivery system failed miserably whereas the same justice system, works very well in USA and UK? Where was the money gone in Satyam case, Telgi case, 2G case and so on? Asked by: satyan
