A couple of months ago, the court had declined to hear the petition which sought to make the JD-U leaders accused in fodder case.
New Delhi: Relief for Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and JD-U leader Sivanand Tiwari as a special CBI court has rejected a petition seeking to indict the two in a Rs 950 crore fodder scam case, on grounds that there wasn't adequate proof of their involvement. Even earlier, the court had declined the petition but the petitioner got direction from the High Court for the case to be heard in a lower court.
A couple of months ago, the court had declined to hear the petition which sought to make the JD-U leaders accused in fodder case.
However, the lower court heard the case after the petitioner obtained a direction from the high court to hear his case. After hearing the case, the CBI court reserved the judgement.
