BANGALORE: In connection with the murder case of painter John, the Adugodi police arrested four persons. The accused have been identified as Surya, Kutti, Satthi and Nagaraja, all residents of Lakshman Rao Nagar in the city.The police said the four, during the interrogation revealed that they carried out the murder at the behest of Andrews, who is absconding after the incident. Efforts are being made to arrest Andrews.It may be recalled here that John was murdered during a compromise meeting on Sunday. It was alleged that Andrews, who had accused that John’s son was the reason for his son’s death, had hatched a plot along with the arrested persons to murder John.The latter, who was asked to give a compensation of Rs 30,000 to Andrews, was reluctant to give the money and was stabbed to death on Sunday.
