HYDERABAD: As expected the state government has decided to defer jumbling system in Intermediate practical examinations in the state.Speaking to newspersons at his chambers in the Secretariat here on Tuesday, secondary education minister Kolusu Parthasarathi said that following representations from managements of private colleges in Telangana region, it has been decided to postpone jumbling system for this year.The private colleges managements in Telangana region have demanded postponement of jumbling system stating that they have lost 42 days of the academic year due to Sakala Janula Samme.As the colleges in the region were holding extra classes on holidays and additional hours every day to compensate for the lost days, the students were under severe pressure, they said.However, the minister said that the jumbling system would be introduced from the next academic year.Parthasarathi said that a team of officials from the Intermediate Board would inspect colleges in every district randomly to check whether the colleges were equipped with proper lab facilities or not.The affiliation of those colleges who do not have proper lab equipment would be cancelled before the next academic year, he said.
