Panaji: Not just tourists, a crocodile, too, was spotted on the Morjim beach in Goa.
The image of crocodile walking on one of the most popular shorelines in Goa was captured by Nilesh Bagkar and he posted the image on a popular social networking website. Deputy conservator of Forest DNF Carvalo confirmed that the crocodile was seen on the beach.
"The aquatic reptile must have arrived from nearby Chapora river and not the Arabian Sea. It must have walked to the beach from Chapora river," he said.
