Janata Darbar: CM Kejriwal to go to various areas in Delhi to meet people
The Arvind Kejriwal government has decided to start a call center other than online complaints, a helpline would be launched soon.

New Delhi: The Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal has now decided to modify his Janata Darbar. From now on Kejriwal will go to various areas in Delhi to meet people every Saturday, instead of Janata Durbar outside the secretariat.

To redress grievances the government has decided to start a call center other than online complaints, a helpline would be launched soon.

Greivances will be taken by post; a desk will be made in the secretariat also.

In Government offices people will be able to give their grievances directly a desk would be made. Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) offices would be linked to the CM office directly now, video conferencing would be done with the SDMs and the CM directly.
