Kupwara: A private school teacher in Kupwara's Handwara area in Jammu and Kashmir has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a class 2 student.
The 8-year-old student has marks all over his back after he was allegedly beaten up with a stick. The teacher got annoyed with the student for shouting in class.
