Dhanush and Aishwarya Dhanush, who are the city's most happening couple, visited the Prince Jewellery store on Cathedral Road on Monday where they launched a new collection of platinum jewellery called Soulmates Collections. The star coupleThe highlight of the event, which lasted for about 30 minutes, was when Dhanush and Aishwarya exchanged rings from the collections, even as the gathering applauded them. Actor Dhanush said Prince Jewellery had always been his favourite and  that he always visited its showrooms to buy jewellery. He also said that Prince Jewellery was special for him, as the showroom was opened in the year he was born. "The showroom and I are of the same age," the actorremarked. Aishwarya thanked Prince Jewellery for inviting them to launch the new collection. Princeson Jose, MD, Prince Jewellers, said, “The new collection has a variety of ornaments for both men and women. It signifies true love just like the timeless metal platinum.”
