KMF HR official moves HC for MD post

BANGALORE: An HR official of the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) Venkataramu, has approached the High Court on Tuesday for not being appointed for the post of Managing Director (MD) of KMF.
The petitioner had challenged the appointment of A S Premanath, as he has also served eight months in KMF and is wellexperienced and eligible for the post. But, he was sidelined by the state government and it had appointed A S Premanth as MD. Earlier, the High Court stayed the appointment of A S Premanath for the post of MD.
