Chennai: Actor Rajinikanth's eagerly-awaited film 'Lingaa' is all set for its massive release after the Madurai High Court dismissed the plagiarism case filed against the makers of the big film.
The case was dismissed on Wednesday after the petitioner had insufficient evidence and he himself wasn't aware of his rights and convincing arguments. The case was dismissed in the admission stage itself.
The much awaited film will be released as scheduled on December 12, which is also Rajinikanth's birthday.
