Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Narendra Kumar on Wednesday extended the judcial custody of the MLA from Thana Bhawan in riot-affected Shamli district for another 14 days.
Rana was arrested in Lucknow on September 20 on charges of making a provocative speech to incite the riots in Muzaffarnagar and adjoining areas, which claimed over 60 lives and displaced thousands of others.
