Nephew murders 45-year-old man over property dispute

A 45-year-old was allegedly killed by his nephew over a property dispute in Ahimaney Baijapur village in Sultanpur, police said on Thursday.

The deceased identified as Tilakram Verma was working in his agricultural field on Wednesday, when he got involved in a dispute with his nephew who attacked him with a sharp-edged weapon leading to his death, police said.

A case has been registered on basis of a complaint of the deceased's daughter Lalita, they said adding, police is further investigating the issue.
