BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court reserved its orders on the admissibility of a private complaint against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, Housing Minister V Somanna and two others in a case relating to illegal denotification of government land till Tuesday.Judge N K Sudheendra Rao asked the complainant, Ravi Krishna Reddy, a software engineer, whether he had any hidden agenda in filing the case and also asked him why he had approached the court directly without filing the case with the Lokayukta police.Later, the judge reserved orders till Tuesday.It may recalled that Reddy had alleged that Yeddyurappa had denotified 22 guntas of land in Nagadevanahalli to an education trust owned by Somanna’s wife Shailaja, in 2009.Meanwhile, the Lokayukta court adjourned hearing on case filed against Yeddyurappa by Sirajin Basha and K N Balaraj till November 30.
