Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Raksha Bandhan with school students in New Delhi on Monday.
During the event, young children were seen tying rakhis on the Prime Minister and interacting with him.

PM Modi had also extended his greetings to people on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on social media.
In a post on X, he wished everyone happiness, prosperity, and good fortune.
“Best wishes to all countrymen on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, a festival symbolizing the immense love between brother and sister. May this holy festival bring new sweetness in the relationships of all of you and happiness, prosperity and good fortune in life,” he wrote in Hindi.
