Probe against MLA stayed

BANGALORE: The High Court on Monday stayed the Lokayukta investigation against Dasarahalli MLA Muniraju, who is facing charges of land grab, till November 24.The complainant Puttaswamy before alleged that the MLA and two other public servants — Ranganath and Suresh — had committed offences under Prevention of Corruption Act and IPC.
