The rebels blamed the BJD Government of not initiating any criminal cases against party workers involved in various crimes in the district. They threatened to kill these BJD workers in praja courts if they campaigned for the by-poll.    ...blow up police stationsParlakhemundi: After a lull, Maoist posters threatening to blow up two police stations reappeared in some villages under Mohana police limits in Gajapati district, on Tuesday.     Sources said the posters found in Manikapur and Kaliapeta villages threatened to blow up  Adaba and Mohana police stations if one Sushant Majhi, allegedly arrested by police, was not produced in court within 48               hours.
