The Factories and Boilers Department on Wednesday submitted a report before the Ernakulam CJM Court accusing Kerala Shipping and Inland Navigation Corporation (KINCO) in connection with the death of two workers at the Thoppumpady yard of KINCO.
The department also accused KINCO manager Anoop Kumar on similar charges.
Magistrate P Sasidharan issued summons to the two officials to appear before the court on November 2.
