Last month, Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant joined the Republican Party of India (RPI), after her own party 'Rashtriya Aam Party' failed to generate any interest among voters. Sawant, who hopes to contest the ensuing state assembly elections against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray, looked grim and serious in an all-blue avatar.
