Tapal Ganesh joins BJP

BELLARY: Going by the saying “enemy’s enemy is a friend”, the ruling BJP has been luring detractors of the Reddy brothers in Bellary district one after the other. After luring three MLAs who had identified themselves with Sriramulu, the party now managed to bring Tapal Ganesh, a mine owner, into its fold on Sunday.Ganesh who is the first one to raise his voice against the Reddys joined the BJP in the presence of state BJP president K S Eshwarappa at party office here.“The party has assured that it would allow legal mining in the state. So I decided to join it,” said Ganesh, while calling upon his supporters to vote for the party in the by-election.
