New Delhi: Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are back with the latest edition of 'Fast and Furious'. Directed by Justin Lin, the film also features Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez in important roles.
The sixth installment of the film takes the story forward from where it finished in the last part. Dominic Toretto (Diesel) is living a secluded life he chose for himself after his successful Rio heist. Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) lives with Mia (Jordana), and then a diplomatic security service agent Luke Hobbs (Joshnson) approaches the two. Things take a dramatic turn when Hobbs reveals that Dominic's former girlfriend Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) is not dead.
The 'Fast and Furious' franchise is one of the most successful heist-caper series of Hollywood. The franchise relies on the heavy dose of action and smart dialogue writing. Vin Diesel has a dedicated fan base which identifies the series with him, and they are likely to support the actor again.
The film has generated a good buzz in India as well; however the real picture will be clear after the first week only.
