Two held for raping adivasi girl

PALAKKAD: Two persons were taken into custody by the Agali police for raping an adivasi girl of Kallakarayil in Attapadi.
The girl, who was found in the shed of the watchman of the paddy fields where she worked, was initially brought to the Kottathara Tribal Hospital and then to the taluk hospital in Agali. As her condition had worsened, she was brought to the district hospital in Palakkad.The girl of Thekkemuthiyoor, was forcibly abducted and raped by the two arrested on Monday.
