Kolkata: Two Jadavpur University students have been expelled from their college for two semesters after they were found guilty of ragging a junior student. The fourth year Engineering Faculty students have also been expelled from their college hostel.

The second year student, who hails from Murshidabad district took admission in 2011 but quit after intense ragging. When assured by the university he retook admission in 2012, but the harassment did not stop.
