A 2010 batch IPS officer, Ramesh would take charge on Wednesday, official sources in Ranchi. Hitherto posted as Tandua sub-divisional police officer in Maoist-hit Chatra district, Ramesh said his priority would be to bring the culprits to justice. Balihar was killed along with five others in the attack in Dumka district on Tuesday.
