Sunset

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Jura 10 YO
  • 25 ml Select Aperitivo

Method:

  1. In a Goblet Glass, add a few cubes of ice.
  2. Pour in 30 ml Jura 10 YO and 20 ml Select Aperitivo.
  3. Top it up with Tonic water.

Garnish:

  • Orange Slice

Whisky Chai Sour

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Chai-infused Scottish Whisky
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice (approx. half a lemon)
  • 20 ml Caramel Syrup

20 ml aquafaba or 1 egg white

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the shaker.
  2. Dry shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Wet shake for 40 seconds.
  4. Double strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Garnish:

  • Cinnamon/Bitters

Highland Honey Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Highland Park 12 YO
  • 10 ml Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

Method:

  1. In an Old Fashioned glass, add honey syrup and Angostura bitters.
  2. Add ice and stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour in Highland Park 12 YO.
  4. Stir again for a few seconds.

Garnish

  • Orange peel twist

Smoky Maple Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Laphroaig 10 YO
  • 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10 ml Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura BittersMethod:

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the alcohol, sweet vermouth, maple syrup, and bitters.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish:

  • Luxardo cherry or orange twist
