While sweating, our body excretes two types of liquid eccrine and apocrine. On the other hand, the apocrine sweat glands are present in the areas of hair growth. It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, ammonia, etc. However, it is the apocrine sweat that holds a bad smell as it is excreted in the areas where the growth of bacteria is prominent.

Preferring Suitable Clothing: Choosing clothes that are not very tight fitted and allowing your skin to breathe well can let you avoid sweat. Apart from that, it is better to let your body get completely dry before dressing up followed by a shower.
Consuming Right Food: Oily, fried, and spicy food can also be a reason behind the excessive excretion of sweat, hence choosing the right food is necessary. Fruits and vegetables during summer help in preventing excess body sweat.
