The beloved singer, famous for his soulful voice and emotional performances, last made waves with the hit song ‘Bhar Do Jholi’ in Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Now, Adnan Sami is set to serenade listeners once more with a romantic track in the upcoming musical horror film, Kasoor.
Adnan Sami’s new song for Kasoor promises to be a musical treat, featuring Payal Dev and composed by Javed Mohsin. The track will star Aftab Shivdasani, Urvashi Rautela, and Jassie Gill. Filming for the song is set to begin next week on a lavish Mumbai studio set.
Adnan Sami, celebrated for his melodious voice, has made significant contributions to Bollywood with a series of memorable songs. Notable among them are Tera Chehra from Tera Chehra (2000), Lift Karadey (2003), and Kabhi To Nazar Milao (2006). His most recent hit was Bhar Do Jholi Meri from Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), a qawwali that resonated deeply with audiences. Meanwhile, Aftab Shivdasani announced his return with the sequel to ‘Kasoor’, starring Urvashi Rautela. The original 2001 film, starring Lisa Ray, was a sleeper hit known for its very popular songs. Aftab has already begun shooting for the sequel, sharing photos from the set with a serious, bespectacled look reminiscent of the original film.
Aftab shared photos from Kasoor 2 sets and wrote, “On this special day, as I turn a year older, the only gift i ask for is your love and blessings. Thank you for all the love over the years.
