All About Actress Anjala Zaveri's Husband Who Gained Fame With Jab We Met

Remember the actress Anjala Zaveri, the actress opposite Arbaaz Khan in the film Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya? Anjala had a less successful career in Bollywood but then she migrated to the South and fared well in Tamil and Telugu films. As of now, she is married and her husband is also a noted actor known for his antagonist roles in Telugu films.

He is well-known for playing Kareena Kapoor Khan’s boyfriend in the hit film Jab We Met. He is model-cum-actor Tarun Arora who is known for her acting prowess in the films Khaidi No 150, Katamarayudu, Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Amar Akbar Anthony, etc. Tarun made brief appearances in Bollywood when he played the villain roles in the film Laxmii (MLA Girija) and the television series (Brijesh Pathak). However, he has largely concentrated on his career down South and last acted in the film Bholaa Shankar. This film flopped at the box office.

As of now, Anjala left the world of showbiz after her marriage to Tarun Arora. She last acted in the film Life Is Beautiful written and directed by Sekhar Kammula. This film starred Abijeet Duddala, Naveen Polishetty, Amala Akkineni, Shriya Saran and others in important roles. This film received positive reviews from the audience and is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Meanwhile, Tarun is working and has been nominated for the South Indian International Movie Awards and Indian Film and Television Awards. He has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in A Negative Role for Khaidi No 150 and Laxmii.

Tarun had talked about his love story with Anjala in an earlier interview with Ragalahari. He said, “Anjala and I fell in love when we were in Mumbai. I was a model then and she was doing South films. We met at an event and became good friends slowly. It was me who proposed first and we married eventually. We decided not to have kids. She never gives me advice related to acting. She enjoys watching my films.”
