Janhvi Kapoor FINALLY Gets Discharged From Hospital After Suffering Food Poisoning, Dad Boney Shares Update

Earlier this week, Janhvi Kapoor was hospitalised with a severe case of food poisoning. The actress was admitted to a hospital, here in Mumbai. Now, almost two days later, the actress finally got discharged and is doing much better. Recently, Janhvi’s Dad Boney Kapoor shared her heath update.

While speaking to Zoom, Boney shared, “She was discharged this morning. She is much better now.” According to a report by Times Now, Janhvi Kapoor has been receiving devoted care and support from her loved ones, including her father, sister Khushi Kapoor, and rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, who have been by her side during this time.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will soon be seen in Ulajh, the trailer of which was released on Wednesday. In this thrilling narrative, Janhvi portrays Suhana, a young diplomat embroiled in a treacherous personal conspiracy during her crucial assignment at the London embassy. As she navigates the complexities of her career-defining role, she finds herself entangled in the weight of her legacy and in a web of deception, where every ally could be a foe.

Recently, Janhvi also shared her thoughts on her role in the film and said, “This film is particularly special to me as I portray a very challenging role of a diplomat for the first time. It has been a humbling and fascinating experience. Working with Sudhanshu Saria has been incredibly enriching; he made me push my own boundaries. Suhana’s character is strong and multi-dimensional, and I found a personal connection to some shades of the character that enabled me to deliver an authentic performance.”

Directed by the National Award Winner Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew. It will hit theatres on August 2, 2024.

Meanwhile, Janhvi will soon also reunite with Ishaan Khatter for Karan Johar’s next movie. The two, who made their Bollywood debuts together with Dhadak, will reportedly star in Neeraj Ghaywan’s upcoming movie which will go on floors in October 2024. It will also star actor Vishal Jethwa in a key role.
