The 49 year old, passed away at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital early on Saturday morning at 12.30 am. He was first diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2010 and underwent successful treatment. But last month, Shrivastava faced relapse that he couldn't pull out of.
