Sahiba Bali, who was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila, alongside Parineeti Chopra and Diljit Dosanjh, has quickly become a fan favourite. She gained attention with her debut in the film Dear Maya (2017), where she played the role of Radha. She later starred in films like Laila Majnu (2018) and short films such as Jiya Jaye (2017). That apart, she has been part of major web series, including Bard of Blood (2019) where she portrayed Abida, and Tanaav as Toshi Kaul.
In a viral Instagram video, Sahiba Bali is seen giving it her all during a rigorous workout session at the gym. Dressed in a mustard-coloured sports bra and black gym shorts, with her hair styled in two neat braids, she focused on her arms, performing various exercises with dumbbells and machines. These included side-lateral raises, bicep curls, and machine-assisted tricep pushdowns. Apart from that, dumbbell exercises such as overhead presses and concentration curls were part of her workout. Fans flooded the comments section, praising her for her impressive fitness levels and toned physique, drawing inspiration from her dedication to staying strong and healthy.
