After Bawaal, the popular Bollywood actors Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan are collaborating once again on Shashank Khaitan’s upcoming entertainer, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The duo, who is busy shooting for their film, which is slated to be released in April 2025, was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport as they returned from Udaipur after completing their shooting schedule in the city.

On Sunday, Janhvi and Varun were papped as they exited the Mumbai airport together. The duo opted for casual looks as their airport OOTDs. While the Bhediya wore a casual oversized shirt paired with distressed jeans and sneakers, Janhvi opted for an all-black athleisure wear. She kept her hair open and wore sneakers to completer her look. In several paparazzi videos, Varun was seen stopping on his way to click some pictures with his female fans. Meanwhile, his co-star proceeded to leave the airport. As Janhvi continued walking towards the exit, she was heard saying, “Main nikalti hun sumdi mein.”

Not long ago, popular filmmaker Karan Johar posted a video on his Instagram account, offering a glimpse into the ‘muhurat puja’ of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which he is producing. The video included some memorable moments from the event. Sharing which, KJo wrote, “JUST PURE LOVE!!!! Sunny Sanskari & Tulsi Kumari’s shooting with their family begins. Send them love, blessings, and warm wishes for a journey filled with sunshine! #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari in cinemas, 18th April 2025!”

Till now, Janhvi has had an eventful 2024. The actress, who made her debut in 2018, had not one but three releases. At the beginning of this year, she made a special appearance in Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer Teri Baaton Mein Uljha Jiya. Then, she was seen in the films Mr. & Mrs. Mahi and Ulajh.

At present, Janhvi is gearing up for the release of his Telugu debut film, Devara: Part 1, alongside Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan. Ahead of its release on September 27, the Koratala Siva-directed film has already achieved a milestone. It has become the fastest Indian film to sell 15,000 tickets in the USA, that too, just days after the launch of pre-sale tickets.

On the other hand, Varun made a cameo appearance in Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Pankaj Tripathi starrer Stree 2. He was seen as a ‘bhediya’ in the Amar Kaushik-directed film. Apart from this, he has Citadel: Honey Boney, Baby John, Ikkis, and Border 2 in the pipeline.
