Ahead of the release of Prabhu Deva-led film Petta Rap, the makers now unveiled another amazing foot-tapping song titled Lika Lika. The song features an on-stage dance performance by Prabhu Deva and Vedhika, mesmerising the audience with their dance moves. Lika Lika is sung by Nikhita Gandhi and Yazin Nizar. The song is written by Madhan Karky, while the music is composed by D Imman. The song is generating several likes and comments from the audience. Many also dropped heart emojis in the comment section to express their love. An user wrote, “eagerly awaiting this film." Another said, “Amazing". Recently, Prabhu Deva released the motion poster for his next Tamil film. The highly anticipated film is titled Petta Rap after his timeless hit song. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on September 27, alongside Vijay Antony’s Hitler, Sathish’s Sattam En Kaiyil, and Karthi’s Meiyazhagan.
Directed by SJ Sinu, the film is produced by Jobi P Sam under the banner of Blue Hill Films. The film features cinematography by Jithu Damodhar, while the editing is done by Nishadh Yusuf. The music for the film is composed by D Imman. It also cleared censorship formalities with a U/A certificate. The film stars Prabhu Deva, Vedhika, Vivek Prasanna, Bagavathi Perumal, Ramesh Thilak, Mime Gobi, Riyaz Khan, and Kalabhavan Shajon.
Headlined by Prabhu Deva, the production of the film began last year and was wrapped up a few months back. The film is said to be an action comedy. It follows the story of a middle-class man named Bala, who is pursuing to become an action hero in Tamil films, while Janaki, a middle-class lady, wants to become a singer.
Prabhu Deva is credited with revolutionising dance by creating his own dance styles and infusing them into films. The actor-director-choreographer is known for his exceptional dance skills and he has choreographed numerous popular songs in Indian cinema. He has films like Flashback, Kathanar – The Wild Sorcerer, Musasi and Wolf in the pipeline.
